A delicately flavoured, extra dry Vermouth that can be enjoyed straight or with ice, and is also the perfect base for many dry cocktails.
Appearance: Pale yellow with green hues
Nose: A fresh, awakening aroma of mint, sage and oregano, with a hint of spice and wine notes
Palate: A pleasant herbal, mouth-warming flavour which is dry and offers a crisp, mildly bitter finish
½ oz / 1 cl Cinzano Extra Dry
2 oz / 6 cl Gin
Garnish: lemon zest or olives
Glass: Cocktail Coupe
Pour the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with olives or with essential oils of lemon zest.
